This week’s SAE spotlight is Maison Whitener, the son of Greg and Shelly Whitener.

Whitener is a third-year, junior member of the Meadow Heights FFA chapter and has earned his greenhand, chapter and county degrees.

His supervised agricultural experience includes farm work on his grandparents' farm and raising cattle and sheep to show at local fairs.

Other clubs and activities he is involved in include Pep Club, basketball and FCCLA.

In his free time, Whitener enjoys going to church and farming.

His plans after graduation are undecided, but he is interested in obtaining an apprenticeship in some sort of trade.
